December has arrived and schools are wrapping up. Leaver’s Dinners abound, Carols by Candlelight events are happening across Tasmania and the holiday season is almost here.
Everyone from the TasWater Board, Executive, and all our staff and contractors wish Tasmanians a wonderful holiday season, a safe and enjoyable time with your loved ones, and a great year ahead.

Our crews will be on hand 24 hours to help with any issues you may have related to your water and sewage.
Information can always be found at our website www.taswater.com.au where you can also pay bills, subscribe for SMS Alerts and find regularly updated information on any issues or outages. In person, around their own summer opening hours, bills can always be paid at Australia Post and at Service Tasmania shops.
If you do not have internet access our Customer Service Centre is contactable on 13 6992 or, if you need a translator, on 13 1450. Bill payments can also be made any time by calling 1300 729 859.
